Shopping was difficult because there is no back button. You cant go back to previous page. Check out was hard too. When I clicked to read the terms I had to go back to the beginning of the process because there was no back button. Also it didnt respond and kept timing out before I could make my purchase. No good, needs improvements

omg i just downloaded the app but it wont let me open it! well it does, but its just the black screen with the sigma logo! help me please! not sure if its just my phone but Im dying to use the app! once my problem is solved give it 5 stars

This app makes you resign in after 15 minutes or closing the app. It also doesnt offer to remember your username and password so you have to enter them in manually. Just awful. I dont t think the amount of security is necessary.

The app takes a very long time to load, which makes it a bit frustrating to look at the notifications. The browsing can be a bit cumbersome too. At least the brushes are worth the hassle! I love every product Ive ever gotten from Sigma, and the customer service is out of this world!

App crashes on my iPhone 6S. Love the brand but the app constantly doesnt load or kicks me out of the page I was looking and takes a while to load.

I gave one star because Im rating the app. I really like sigma brushes but they desperately need to do something about their app. It takes forever to load, crashes ever minute or so, and skips back to the opening screen when shopping. Until they work on the app I suggest just using the regular online store in a browser.

I can open the app but when I try to select a category to view items nothing happens. I havent been able to use it since I downloaded it

The app keeps crashing and wont let me get past the delivery address page during checkout. The products are amazing but dont waste your time on the app. Just go directly to the website.
